The fundmental problem with partners and magic is that

a) Magic requires that we deceive convincingly
b) (Female) Partners always know when we are lying.

My Girl Friend Wants to learn some magic

Discom.

The first thing I have told all my Male students who were getting married was:

The Golden Rule is: You are always wrong! So admit it!

That leads to a long and happy marriage!

I am 100% in Allen's camp here. Bigamy- one wife too many. Monogamy- same thing. Anyway, you asked for something easy to do but impressive. That just doesn't sit well with me.

To offer the art to someone too lazy to practice, and whom has spent years striving to win awards for standing in a line, is a ridiculous concept.

If she wanted to learn how to do magic, she would, but she just wants to impress people. Tell her to train putting her leg behind her head, and then give her five ping pong balls and tell her to wake the old grey matter up and be creatively imaginative, and if she ever agrees to this, please post it on here, and I would like four tickets, please.

Okay, apologies for the outburst, but there is much truth in my jottings.

My Final word on this subject is:

A very dear magician friend has opened up a number of Magic's Secrets to his last 3, long standing, girl friends.
All 3 have now departed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
