Thank you both!

Firstly i'll cut to the chase, it went really well and i had alot of positive feedback and 3 people asked for my phone number afterwards so i must have done something right! haha my friend who see's my magic alot pretty much 3-4 days a week was blown away and I'm thinking cause he see's it that much it will just be the same old thing to him. But his reactions was just like he was a crowd member and he said it was really good so it was good to hear that aswell.

I did just over 25 minutes, but it felt like 10 minutes! my routine on paper looked so long but when performing it even taking my time it just wizzed by!

I didn't get any tricks wrong, but somehow i actually brought out the wrong pack of cards for a trick (you wouldn't believe the amount of pockets i had!), took them out the box and started the trick, then had to change my routine by swapping 2 tricks around. hardly a mistake really and the crowd aren't to know but it's very confusing for me when i memorise a routine and then suddenly shuffle it a bit on the spot! basically we'll put it down to experience!

The banter was great and my 'professional like sounding patter' inbetween was good and their was a few jokes shared between myself and the crowd!

I know the venue well, i went 4 months ago for a party and the layout is simple and perfect basically just a nice compact rectangular room, but the renovators had been in since and low and behold it was probably the WORSE layout i've ever seen! :( i managed to keep everyone involved and everyone could see throughout so i was happy!

so in a nutshell it was a really good night and a totally brand new experience, the blood was pumping after and on leaving the venue on such a busy street full of pubs and bars i ended up stopping every person in sight!

just to finish, i mentioned earlier i got 3 phone numbers...

infact it was 4, but that extra one was a girls phone number which she gave me, can't be bad! i must do this magic stuff more often! haha

thanks for the comments and support on here and taking the time to hear me out!

appreciated! :)
