When I'm sober, remind me to add a clothing section, with shoelaces and purple underpants with mustard yellow trim (gimmicked).

If you already have a mobile phone why not use the calendar function for a type of day for any date type effect, not sure how far into the past/future they go but could be worth further investigation. Or another option that I am sure has been overlooked is a pocket diary and a four individual cards

Yes, there's them diary effects with a real physical pocket diary, gimmicked usually. I don't know much about those.
