Goody Two Choose by J.K. Hartman is simple but very effective when presented as a psychic style effect.

Of what value is it to know what a performer thinks that his best card trick is? Unless you are of course taking a survey. No one has a BEST card trick. We all have a favorite card trick and for a variety of reasons.
Let's start off with your favorite card trick and why. That way we can have some idea as to the thinking of the person asking.

There's no denying that certain effects hit harder than others, all else being equal. There are certain tricks that I enjoy performing, and I think are great, but that wouldn't be of much use to others if the spectators don't really flip on them. There are certian tricks that I no longer do because I was getting "that one was OK - I like the other one better" - even though I thought it was pretty good!
