if you have a DVD player

try play247.com

do a search for david blaine

its really cheap and delivers for free.

Also check out his new one 'showman' not as good but still worth a watch

if you do not have a dvd player try getting it on video from somewhere like MVC or HMV etc

my only gripe with david, is that he is acting all wierd now, i perferred him when he was a street magician. It seems like he is trying to be all GOD like, oh well maybe its me i dont know.

He is still good though.

hope this helps

I was waiting for someone to pick up the change in his style of performance. I really think that he has ruined his act, he just seems like a right spaced out pillock!!!

It was better at first when he had a more 'friendly magic approach' and was more imaginative with his work. Now he seems as if he's some sort of hippy bloke, and as you said, he tries to act all God like!!!

In my opinion he no-longer compares to the likes of THE GREAT Paul Zenon, Blaine only ever matched the quality of Zenon's performance, but now, Blaine is nowhere near, he really has lost it!!!

I liked some of it but not most of it because he used a lot of editing and camera trickery for example when he did his levitation the camera made it look like he did foot off the ground when in fact you only do a few inches, Its ok for his prep work eg. card to pocket, card on window and others most of all magicians do that. But the camera stuff is lousy magic.

in my opinion blaine rocks. if u've been to magic conventions and met him believe me he is amazing. his hot-shot cut is sheer class. unfortunatly didn't get to speak to him properly. just a shame that he could be dead come next may when he does his Vertigo stunt. Hope all goes well.

And what was that "evil eye" business! (on GMTV).

Anyway, you've got to hand it to him, his approach and presentation certainly makes awsome TV!

He simply had a picture of an eye printed on his hand and stated that "He Had The Evil Eye". Personally I thought he made a bit of an *rse of himself!

I also certainly don't think he was trying to hypnotise the interviewer, he was just trying to act in his own mysterious way!
