Hi Guys..

Just caught this show on a digital channel (I think it was ftn.. but I'm not sure) and I loved it..

Some very nice effects presented in a refreshing and friendly manner.

This week I particularly like the spoon/fork bending by Joe, especially the bending between the fingers of the spectators hands (Does anyone know where this effect is described/called/taught..(The only one that came close appears to be Guy Bavli but I'n not sure if this is the effect) where the spoon actually bends as the spectators hold it in their finger tips (not their palms.. )).

All in all an excellent show and well done to everyone involved.

Slippery

I watched this for the first time on Friday and I thought most of it was great.

I liked the card trick with Tiny the chameleon, does anyone know if this is for sale and what its called?

I feel your pain....

And my mum is just as bad. When going to see my grandma she always says annoying things like "Ooooh show your grandma that trick where you make a hole in a note then heal it!"

I normally just make some excuse to imply that it's all practice whilst my dad chuckles to himself because he's a smart alec who always figures out my tricks.

With the pen through banknote trick I just said "Nah. I think I need to practice a bit more. Last time I did it I made a hole and then couldn't repair it!" which normally shuts her up.

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Although i have never seen the programme, as i dont have sky however a friend of mine who is also a magician has told me alot about it.
I actually had the pleasure of meeting max just last friday in a trafalgar square wetherspoons bar, while out with a few london magicians. Hes a great guy and very funny. I hope to hook up with him more as i expect theres alot that could be learnt from him.

It's on tomorrow, half 11am Sky Three. There's only this and one more episode to go.

Well currently, I have one on my right foot, one on my left.

My colleague at work is dressed in a similar fashion.

His wife, who is tending to the houseplants does NOT have a shoe on at the moment on either foot, but is preferring to wear sandals.

Hope this helps,
Chris
