I agree on all before me. Try to work out a smooth dl. Then turn all your singles in other tricks or in the same ones you are using the dl in the same way. Even though the double would be perfectly disquised in the way you turn over two cards, I would never turn 1 card over like that. It's far too complicated. My single turnovers are more like Katrielalex's, that's why I do hit dl or strike dl, whatever you wanna call it.
And for God sake get a new deck of bikes, they're not that expensive :P
