the unfortunate fact about pirating e-books, is that most people would try to 'save as' or even print it. the simplest way would to either copy/paste it, or in the unlikely event that thousands has been paid to someone to prevent 'copy/paste' functions, if someone wanted to rip you/an other e-author, they would painstakingly COPY out your work, word for word. I blind monks can copy out the Bible, then an e-document would be a molehill in comparison.

This Gurkha person has me at a disadvantage because I do not understand computers. However I have a rough copy of my intended e-book and have reason to believe it cannot be cut and pasted. However I will try it for myself to see if this is true.

The producer of the book tells me that he does allow copies to be printed but that can be stopped too if I really want to.

As for someone copying my book by typing it out painstakingly if they are daft enough to take the time to do that then they deserve to steal the book in the first place.

Personally if it were me I think I would rather pay for it and be done with it.

I wouldn't if it cost two grand. However it costs $25 and can be purchased at www.marklewisentertainment.com on the "For Magicians Only" section.

$25 is a mere pittance since the pound is so strong against the dollar. In fact I advertised it in Abra at 20 quid and nobody batted an eyelid. Naturally in a spirit of a great lack of ethics and terrible greed I neglected to tell them they could have gotten it for half the price on Paypal from me. I told them I only accepted sterling cheques which I put into my Irish bank account.

At that time the Canadian dollar was very weak and I was actually getting $50 for the book instead of a mere $25. That is how wicked grafters like myself get your money.

Now do stop fussing and get your money out. This time it is only $25 which can't be more than around 15 quid-if that. And I pay the postage. Mail to the UK from Canada is faster than sending mail from here to the United States. Don't ask me why.

By the time you finish arguing you could have had the book in your hands by now.
