The Pink and Fluffy Thread

Postby Lady of Mystery » Jan 11th, '07, 16:58

There's been loads of bickering going in here recently and as we've got the moaning thread too I thought it about time we had somewhere happy where we can all be nice to each other.

So pull up a beanbag, grab a cocktail, relax and enjoy the view

I love you all!!!!!

Got the beanbag, cocktail etc.

Bit worried the wife might suspect defection with all this pink fluffy stuff going on.

But somehow, in a weird way, I feel calmer already just thinking about a big pink fluffy beanbag and a bottle of Jim Beam...

I'm feeling exquisitely fluffy because I won £50 on the Premium Bonds, innit.

I'm feeling very pink & fluffy today because I just got off the phone with a guy who's booked me for a "Victorian Seance Night" on Saturday. Apparently some of his guests are a bit worried becasue they're "a bit religious". Whoops.

I told him I'd water it all down if they started to get offended.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

Disney's Pooh artwork isn't a patch on EH Shepherd's illustrations in the original AA Milne books. In fact, the Disneyfied Pooh stories can't even hold a candle to Milne's originals. But most of the kids today don't have a clue about pooh, as they've never bothered to visit a decent bookstore and experience Pooh as it's meant to be. I'd recommend that everyone take the time to trace pooh back to its source and see how it all came about. There's nothing quite like a good and proper pooh.

Okay, I'll go now.

Well I've got my first landscaping job of the year and it's a decent one so fingers crossed it's the start of a good year of work - all thanks to the milder than normal weather (god help us in summer though with el nino going on!!!)
