How can you do Illusions I've been trying Illusions for about a year and I'm lost
They say it's all smoke and mirrors but is that true if so how can you do it without people noticing?

you might want to be a little more specific. what illusions are you wanting to do? what have you been practising for the last year?

different types like for example million me or make people see what didn't really happen that type of stuff

Or the unreal people see something that isn't really there example a car with wings

i imagine a suitable mirror arrangement would make millions of you appear on stage, although i can see most audience members seeing right through that one straight away.

and I'm not sure how you get people (as in an audience) to see things that arn't there. you could always put some wings on a car and just show it to them, then make it vanish and claim it was never there

You could try stage hypnosis , though why anyone would want to see a million of you, judging from your posts, is beyond me.

Then of course you could hire a special effects outfit to do it all for you.

Car with wings - try a tin of Red Bull in the petrol tank.

ninjacd, you can't have been "trying" illusions for a year if you don't even know what an illusion is... Before you post again, please consider putting together a well-formed question that someone will actually read and possibly be incined to answer.

Ninjacd - I'm guessing that your current experience with magic is...somewhat limited so far?

When we discuss Illusions, we're generally talking about farily large-scale stage magic here, which I'd suggest is probably not the best area to start with, if you're a beginner

As with every hobby, it's always best to start small, and spend some time with different, simple effects, so you can see what best suits you.

As a starting point, I'd suggest taking a look at some of the available magic effects at NUMS - see what suits your fancy/wallet, and dip a toe in the water.

Alternatively (and if you're on a tight budget) check out your local library for magic books, and work your way from there.

Of course, your post could simply be a wind-up; it's difficult to tell, the way it's worded. In this case, please feel free to ignore whatever advice comes your way
