Thanks to everyone for your ideas.

I fooled around with this a bit more and basically now it's just James Brown's Card Opener except I added a card-to-mouth and changed the beginning. I can't decide whether this is better than my original routine but it probably is. I think I'll just switch them up and do whatever I feel like at the time of performance.
