Yeah, I guess we should include food in the essentials of life. As for summer - I'm OK as long as there's some shade around to cool down in, I'm not into lying on beaches and tanning my hide but I'm happy to sit awhile in the shade, read a book or two, down a few glasses of something cool and alcoholic - that kind of thing. A frantic party animal I'm not !

For me it has to be the sun and heat. I know what people are saying about the cold as I don't usually feel the cold myself. But if there's even a small break in the clouds during the summer you will find me sprinting down to a beer garden with shorts on, flip flops in one hand and mobile in the other rounding up a few troops. Can't beat it.

It then gets even better when you spend the rest of the night in the pub screaming "don't touch me!!" every time someone comes near due to looking like a blushing lobster.
