It's a common mistake of the 'wet behind the ears' magician to RUSH or HURRY a move in the hope that it will go unnoticed or be camouflaged in some way. It's horrible advice.
Misdirection is fundamental. And it's one of the hardest magic skills to learn, if you're going to do it well and naturally. Which is probably why most people fail—because it requires effort.
There's no REAL secret into triples/quads etc. Personally, I just treat a triple lift exactly the same as a double, and just do it naturally. Same with a quad.
Practice and refine your DL until it's fluent, and you will get more confidence with more cards.
