Honestly, is the Technique for the "hidden" coin identical to mine? If so, I did originate that concept.

Just interested, how do you go about knowing that you have originated an effect in magic. For example I can make up a trick, or even invent something without knowlage of it beforehand, only to find that it is a very old concept. Do you have to go to magical historians to get such things verified?

Research has been done by many and it is apparently a new concept in Coin Thru Tic-Tac Box, but of course there is no real way to know 100% surely.

It's my own method. The PDF explains it all but you do need your own chimp to do it.

I'm sorry.... Actually copyrighted? Or copyrighted in the sense that you went on Microsoft Word and found the symbol ©? (A little like I just did! :D)

when you publish a written document it is automatically copyrighted.

This is entirely seperate to a patent or a trademark. different issue.

you CANT "copyright" a way to ditch a coin, however you can copyright the words used to describe the ditch.

what ID has done here is great, he has put together a neat little video and we have all had fun looking at it, commenting on it.

Michael, this is about ID and his video, please lets not make this about you, it will give people the wrong idea about you... the truely great performers rarely feel the need to "blow their own horn", they let their work do it for them. when they talk about people, it is rarely about them... usually about someone else. Banacheck a great example of this.

When Banachek talks about himself, it's just funny.

"Banachek tip: For a successful honeymoon, always take Banachek along."
PS2 pg. 133

I laughed out loud when I read this...

Chimps are hard to find in this area. Not because they are rare but because they are indistingishable from the local yoof.
I do have a two year old child but I am worried about the cigarette packet and the message this would convey. If it's got low tar written on it she may get branded a wus.

As Jay Sankey says with all his products, I have sourced the best quality chimps for my new effect, in fact they are ex-PG Tipps stocks and have many other uses such as lifting a heavy piano upstairs, riding in the Tour De France and making a nice cuppa.
The first move you have to master is the palming of a chimp. Once this is mastered any other chimp effects are easy. I will be selling accessories from my new website such as a 'refill pack' for £52.99 which includes two bunches of bananas, a big bag of monkey nuts and a tyre on a bit of rope.
Avoid the Ellusionist Black Ghost chimps. The spec will know that it's not yer normal simian.
