Apparently the whole show was filmed, by the organisers of the competition, so fingers crossed the footage was good, & if so I'm sure will be made available! As soon as it is, I am SURE a link to it will appear on YouTube. WATCH THIS SPACE!

In last night's Local Paper there was a very small piece on it, the headline read:
STARS IN THE MAKING (By Hilary Porter) who continued:

"In my 17 year association wth the Star Trail, this was the toughest one yet to judge.
Outstanding acts kept us enthralled, with just one going on to represent the town in the British Resorts & Destinations National Final in November.

The winner was charasmatic Bournemouth Magician James More, 19, whose choreographed dance moves & finely timed and perfected magic was delivered with great expression.............

I will of course keep everyone up to date with any more info!

Best Magical Wishes

A video of the performance will be posted as soon as I recieve my copy.
I am now really looking forward to representing Bournemouth and the surrounding area at the National resorts association on the 24th Nov.

James/Mike, please keep us informed about future appearances etc, in case some of us can get along to see the show(s) in person.

No problem, I will keep everyone posted regarding James. I truly believe that as he progresses through his Magical Life, he will astound all of us more & more, with his brilliant performances.

Through the Studio, I meet many many people of all ages, once in a while I see an extraordinary talent, which is what I saw in James.

There are two others to keep an eye out for as well! (a little older than James, but still very talented) The first one is a young man who goes out as "Magic Singh", & the other is called Samuel Kasrani. Both these guys are worth looking out for. Kasrani is OUTRAGIOUS & I love his humour, style & magic, great FUN & very magical, more of a street magic & close up magician. Then Magic Singh who covers all aspects, from close up to stage. So keep an eye out for these two names, as well as James, because I am SURE they are all going places!!!

Remember you read about them here first!

All good wishes

Mike

:D Well done James, all your hard work paid off. Now comes the even harder part, maintaining your style & standards.
When you are 'sure' that the present Act is well & truly run in & polished start another. Put Act 1 on the shelf, BUT not out of sight. Every so often get it out, run it through & take it on the road again as well as the second act. Then you'll have 2 excellents Acts; One to catch the bookers with and another to follow it up when re-booked.
Again I am thrilled you pulled it off.
