I also plan to bring back the stocks for tearaway chavs and confiscate their trainers and hoodies and make them wear 1970's fashions. Just to humiliate them that bit more.
Also, elocution lessons will be on the national curriculum. How could these oiks be threatening if they sounded like Noel Coward or Brian Sewell?
