Many slogans, campaigns and advertising gems are doing what they should: sticking in your mind. Clever, snappy, repetetive... makes your head spin.
But quite a lot of ads are pimping pure rubbish. "Hi, I'm Barry Scott... this is Cillit BANG"

It was H G Wells who actually said: "Advertising is legalised lies". So I guess the theory is, why let a little bulls**t and razamatazz get in the way of a sale ???
