Da Danny,
No real reason why your business cards should NOT have your picture on them, if it's done well.
In many cases, it's the client's only connection between you, the person, and the name.
As for simplicity, Dai Vernon's cards, when he was in New York, simply said, "Dai Vernon" and below that "Magician".
No address, no phone number, no nuttin'!
But far, far more important that what's on your cards is how you give them out.
First of all, since you are supposed to be a magician, they should do something "magical". It could be something as simple as having your name and infor appear on a blank card, using the paddle move.
And, finally, the MOST imporant thing: It's not so much about you giving out your cards; after all, they are mostly tossed an hour or a day later.
It should be about you getting the client's card (or potential client). This enables you to call him or her or to send a promo package.
cheers,
