Olivier Macia has a nice, impromptu ace routine where he places (and literally does so) the 4 aces in the middle. Then, he turns the back upside down and one at a time, the aces appear on the face of the deck. Then, with a snap and a turn of his wrist, the aces disappear and are back in the center of the pack, face-up. Also, there's the Phoenix Aces, which is always a fun one.
