I was wondering about the experiences of you guys with buying stuff direct from Dave Forrest through his Full 52 website...

I've got a lot of his booklets, from other retailers, but over a week ago I decided to buy Fandango Part 2 pdf direct from Full 52.

After receiving the paypal receipt email, and emailing Dave a week later (on Thursday), I'm still without the ordered pdf!!

Has anyone else had a similar problem or can recommend a way of contacting Dave so I can get my paid for pdf?

Well, as a retailer, I supply downloads and passwords...

And more often than not, when a customer complains they've not had a PDF or password, it's down to the fact that the email has gone into their spam/junk/bulk email.

And, not once have I had a customer apologise when they discover that in their week-old junkmail is their PDF download—even though they've called me all the names under the sun!

Therefore, I would suggest checking that...

1. You supplied Dave the correct email address
2. The email/confirmation/pdf isn't sitting in your junk mail
3. Your email service can allow attachments

Dave is one of the good-guys. Although he's a busy bunny, I am sure this is an oversight.

Thanks for the suggestions seige,

There are no junk emails and the address is correct as I've had the paypal receipt emailed through.

I've had no problems in the past with files being emailed to the account.

I know Dave is a busy man which is why I left it a week before contacting him, with what was a polite email.

Once I've had some contact from Dave I'll request that the post is locked/deleted.

Thanks

Update

Postby DavMac » Nov 10th, '07, 22:35

Dave got in touch on Thursday 8th and I'm now in receipt of the document.

For information - anyone ordering the pdfs from Full52 using a hotmail/msn account may experience problems as rather then sending the email to the junk folder it gets blocked and never arrives.

I'll work through Fandango Part 2 for a couple of weeks and put/add to a review then.

Please note- There was no malice or rudeness in any of my communication with Dave, only expression of concern about making payment and not receiving the product, I also sent an email to confirm receipt and to thank him for his help.

Have you got Fandango part 1?

I was wondering if it is any good?

There are only six tricks but it is only tenner and I'm afraid i couldn't find a review so am not sure if it is a good buy or not.

Cheers

I've got both of them, they're very good, just what I've come to expect of Dave's material.

I prefer part 2 but mainly because of the Hofzinser Ace Problem (No Hassle Hof). You should check out the demo on his site.

If your a card man (altho there are some other types included) I'd say to check one of them and see if it tickles your pickle.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

I'd recommend getting both if you can.

Seal the Deal in part 1 is worth the price alone.

I agree that No Hassle Hof in part 2 is excellent.

Both booklets are well written and the explanations are easy to follow.
