Assuming they can get the stock, and they aren't away for, say, Blackpool (got caught like that two years running), they generally get the orders out within two days of receipt. There may be an extra delay with the Easter weekend coming up.
I'd say that they are about as good as any other dealer with whom I've done mail order business. The main pros are a very wide selection of stuff, often including things other dealers don't stock, and competetive prices (although they are not always cheapest). The main downsides are the slight delay in despatch, and the fact that it is now almost impossible to get through on the phone (and the pre-recorded message sounds very brusque).
