Arkwright wrote i few books i believe,
one is called Cutting veg Controls, and despite Arkwrights claim to be origanal and his anger at people who dont give credit when they steal ideas, this apparently according to those who have read it is entirly stolen from another local shop keeper Derek 'dinner tim' Dingballs.
So some might say Arkwright is one of the biggest hypocryts around.
I spoke to the people Arkwright works with and they actually think his is a complete c***.
He also wrote something called Dr Nuts 50 cooking problems which apparently only has 1 trick called any card at any temperature, which is really really s***. Its stolen from Dice Vermin and once again, just by Arkwright mentioning his name he thinks he can get away with it as his own creation. The rest of it is full of very un funny jokes.
Also is contains an article called 51 facees north, which just criticises the origanal idea mainly because Arkwright can't think of an idea on this subject himself.
