I am a great fan of TnR effects. I perform "torn" on a regular basis and believe it is a great effect. Angles are a little tricky but the fact you can tear up a signed card into four and put each piece back together a piece at a time and then give the care out is great.
I like "reincardnation" also as the angles are not as bad as "torn". However the fact you cant hand the card out at the end annoys me. I have got around this though by changing the patter, also have another method where i do not sign the card and perform a switch for the last restoration.
"torn too" is a good trick for the angles but i dont like the trick because its just too quick , also when i perform a restoration i prefer my hands to seem empty, however this effect is performed on top the deck seems a little dodgey!!
I am just about to purchase huron low's TnR collection and from the video footage it looks really good, though with all torn and restored effects you have to be careful with the performances you see on the internet.
If you want to perform this trick surrounded then buy torn too,,, if you like the idea of putting each piece together one at a time then buy torn, if you hate the funny angles then buy reincardnation...
hopes this help, confused myself a little.
if huron low is good a will let you know cus im gettin within 2 weeks
