I'm sure that it wouldn't take too much effort to work these colours and personality profiles into a routine and if you're working in a corporate environment then the probability is that ost people will be very familiar with this system

As stated by others - colours can be difficult to use in some respects. Different day-jobs would influence the outcome. Green may mean illness/infection to a doctor. Money to a banker.
