You think you have it bad? In Ireland everything is still the same price as before the sterling went to hell so if a policy that cost you 700 quid costs me a grand!!!

If you speak to an insurer directly, ask to speak to an underwriter.

If you speak to a broker, leave it out :P Brokers have NO SAY whatsoever. The role of a broker is to lay down the set-in-stone laws that the too-lazy-to-administrate-their-own-business insurers demand.

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism
