I live about 5 minuites from buckhurst hill and if anyone wants a personal letter taken round ( with my er Assiatances all at least 6 foot and 13 stone 
) i will take them and video the responce if theres no luck there then try the small claims court reprsent your self and theres no cost under a certain amount (been there done it).
if any one wants a personal visit to this guy i will pop round for you just pm me the details and the address!!
