Whilst I found her to be the most irritating person, I think people might be being a little harsh on her.

Being in the public eye was her full time job, and I don't begrudge her for trying to earn money for her family.

She was actually very good at what she did. Staying in the public eye is harder than you would imagine and she worked hard at ensuring she was always had a big interview opportunity lined up.

don't forget next month the kiss and tell all book "jade, my part in her downfall by ......"
rip jade though you will never truly die as you'll be dragged from the grave for repeats and rehashes any time the media think they can make abuck from your story.
live by the sword, die by the sword, or in this case be zombified by the media.

oh and ps don't forget the children, there greif and "life after jade" will be worth several colum inches over the next few months, there'll be just as much victims as there mother.

here lies jade goodie, plucked from obscurity, moulded in the medias own image, placed on a pedastal so high.
even the grave will not save her from the draw of instant celebraty, proof that if proof was needed that anyone can be a star, you don't need to work for it or pay your dues.
so all you young guys and galls don't bother at school, fame is just around the corner, forget tallent and hard work, fame will find you.

ther you go the system works, we should all be proud of ourselves for fueling the fire.

While I don't really want to get into all the media palava that's surrounded Jades death, if it raises awareness of the horrible disease then some good has come out of it.

I was never a fan of Jade, what she had to go through was horrible and the fact that her children are going to grow up without their mum is very very sad.

I read today that Jade's spat with Shilpa Shetty was a major cause of stress to her that helped cause her cancer.

Whatever next.

Let's not forget who was the cause of all that rubbish, and just how much of an awful bully she was.

I'd say what i really think about Jade Goody but i'd probably be kicked off the Forum. I still think the same though, while i dont wish death on anyone, least of all myself, if i don't think much of someone when they're alive, them dieing does nothing to change my mind.

Christ on a bike deck, if that's all it took I'd have been dead half a decade ago! Here's what I read about Jade Goody (source: Popbitch):
"My memory of Jade is seeing her sitting at traffic lights in a huge 4x4 near my office, winding down the window to drop a Coke bottle onto the road and then winding the window straight up."

 There is a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of scientific reality behind this false statement, but really. Come on.

I can't say I was ever a fan to be honest, but its tragically sad to see someone so young die of such a horrible illness. If helps increase the awareness of the earlier screening process, that will be something good to have come out of it at least. I hope more young women decide to get checked earlier than they would do normally.

I watched the news report the morning the story was released and they had an interview with the priest who married her and Jack....he compared Jade to a 'Saint' for coping with cancer. Im not sure how Saint Francis of Assisi would have felt about it compared to his legacy, but I guess you can never know how you'd cope with it unless you were in her shoes.

You wouldn't wish it on anyone really would you? Despite being a somewhat dim, racist, bully. Maybe now the media will enventually let her memory fade into obscurity (as her fame shoud have done years ago). I hope she doesn't end up being the next 'diana' - constantly being discussed to the point of annoyance. I just hope her family will be left alone to grieve and try to get over their loss. RIP.
