I just did a spoon bending routine while running on the treadmill at gym!
The word has spread at the gym that I'm a magician. One of the trainers came to me as I was about to start training and asked me to do some magic. I made my locker key disappear etc. and then said if wants to see more he must come to a resturaunt this evening where a couple of other magi and I will be. I happened to mention spoon bending and his eyes went wide so I said if he could bring me a spoon I'll show him.
While I was running on the treadmill he brought me a spoon - along with a couple of the other trainers. So I took it and did a basic bend (while running). His reaction was classic - so I went on and got it to bend further, then twisted it, then did the whole spoon 'melting' and breaking thing. It worked really well and I was on quite a buzz afterwards. It made the excercise go really quickly.
