i use quarters... and those gold sacagawea ones. yeah, i think it's harder to do with these cause they're so much smaller... less consistent.

Ok, first let me say that this routine is not nearly as hard as i have heard people say. trust me, i bought the dvd and this is my review.
difficulty-4/5 (non gimmicked)
3-(gimmicked.
first off. DO THE UNGIMMICKED VERSION. the gimmicked version may be a little easier but you end EXTREMELY dirty at the end. if you do the non gimmicked version, you are 100% clean. the sleeving itself is not to hard to do. like everything, put in the time and you will be rewarded. justin explaines everything in very good detail anyway. the justin also shows his views on the retension vanish and shows his method of doing it. trust me, i am never doing the old retension vanish again. his variation is WAY better than the origional.
pros-
end clean
looks fantastic
great closer effect as well as walk around trick
cons
probably not suitable for novices although at the time i was
effect- 9/5
teaching 10/10
overall 9.5/10

It looks to me like the majority of you are getting quite a workout with SD.
It means the world to me you guys are rocking this. It took me 12 years to get SD where I wanted it.
Is the gimmicked version good..yes is it my fav..NO WAY.
It will take time, dedication, and perseverance to get SD where I envisioned it. But like I say on the DVD if you take your time, and really learn the steps and break them down it will be a rewarding experience.
You all mean a great deal to me. (even the haters...lol)
If I can help with anything please get back to me with a pm.
