Sorry to post that here,

but I ordered 1x Heirloom from them, paid via PayPal, got my order confirmation but no Heirloom until now.

Any sent emails to them are not answered!

What should I do now??

I have always found Jamie Badman and co extremely helpful in the past. Have you tried emailing them? It could just be that they have gone away for Easter...

I had a problem with a corrupted download which was not necessarily their fault. Their service in resolving the problem was excellent.

I'd do as Bananafish suggests and send them an email.

I ordered on march 15th and have not got anything. No emails were answered.

I'd be surprised if you don't get an email quaickly after the Easter break
