The Karnival Deck is here at last!!!

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

I hope BBM don't end up going down the same road as E. I know it's only a deck of cards, but could this be an indication of things to come? I really hope not because I like and respect BBM.

At the moment.

Is BBM the male version of BBW?

Bought them anyway.

God it was hard finding the one-way bit on the back: Like the world's hardest spot-the-difference. Still, when you find it, it suddenly seems kind of obvious.

Time to consult my encyclopedia for good tricks using a one-way design...

My secret santa at work bought me 2 of these decks!! Not bad research for someone not into magic me thinks!!

I got a Karnival and a Karnival Midnight deck.

I have NO clue how to find the one way design difference.

No wait... just spotted it  How subtle is that!! Brilliant.

Nice deck.. no to showy either which means I would probably use thm if they were'nt so expensive.

Might be good for a Haloween job or for special occasions.

I haven't used them yet so can't comment on durability but they do fan exquisitely!!

I like the Karnival Midnight deck, they look cool as hell, but for a fancy performance deck I've gone off them now because even using them for just the odd performance they get warped really easy.

Like you said, too damn expensive to use :P

I prefer the black Arcane deck. Very sexy, although I have yet to purchase one. Probably won't, but they do look very nice.

I can't use black cards. After a few dodgy faros and one handed shuffles the black starts wearing away and they look worn before their time.

I have some of the white Arcanes and they're really nice. Nice to handle and visually very pleasing.

Are you sure these are new?

I got a deck off the better half for Christmas, unfortunatly it came with a lavender blue deck, but I wont hold it against her too much...I'll just get her some marigolds for her birthday.

Back to my original point, sorry. Yes, it came with an index card of a 2005 calender. Was anyone else fortunate enough to acquire this most useful item?

If someone could let me know also, where to check (enen vaguely) where the one way design is, it would be appreciated!

Eventually the dates on a 2005 calendar would come to be right again. Just hold on to it for a few more years!
