I've been with Virgin since they bought out NTL and have to say that I've had no problems with them at all.

I believe there is a major different in quality of connection between ADSL and Cable (which would have been NTL) :) I'm thinking of getting cable now, but their new traffic management measures are a little heavy handed for me.

Cool ID,
I don't know about Virgin Media trying to turn things around.
I seem to have had nothing but trouble with Virgin Media.

Currently our service conists off
L TV package
20 mb Broadband

Our monthly bill is £39.50.

Is there any services that we could add on with a huge discount.
I am particulary interested in Sky Sports / Movies / V+ Box etc.

If you could let me know I would be very grateful.
Thanks

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I.D. You don't happen to have a shit-eating grin and a beard do you?

Actually, the man with the beard and the s***eating grin is a keen hobbyist magician so maybe there's something in that question

Well he's effortlessly made a decent service disappear.
Nothing magical about it though.

This thread has turned funny. The chance of anyone actually wanting to stay with teh company is pretty slim.. im just throwing long shots.

Ans yes Mark, hehe.. we would all do the same given the chance to make a quick buck. as it hapens the only result Ivehad is a wad load of complaints :?

Allsa.. for £1.50 extra I can upgrade you to XL dtv and add a phone line with free evening and weekend calls. and V+..

sports/movies full price im afraid

Hi I.D
I am currently on virgin media and they are giving me:
Line Rental £11.99
Talk Unlimited £7.95
Phone, Broadband And TV Saving 0 £-7.00
TV Size: M £0.00
Broadband Size: M £20.50
Asian TV Package £10.00

Which is a grand total of £44.44

I find this so expensive is there something I can add on so I get a saving.
I don't get a lot of channels, bored watching the same channels all day.

Could you please tell me what to do.
Thanks in advance
:D

Quite right - I've never looked back since going to cable... 20MB download speed!

However, my HD box is playing up a little bit recently (rebooting randomly)... I.D, what are the chances of getting a nice new shiny one out of Virgin if I call up to complain? (prefereably a nice 3D-Ready one like they're showing in the press adverts!)

cheers,

Sean
