'Dellamorte Dellamore/Cemetary Man' is a great surreal film :)

'Irreversible' is twisted in a sick way, I dont want to watch that again

Requiem for a dream seems to fit into the twisted category and is really good. Also one of the most depressing movies I've ever seen.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

Dumplings by Fruit Chan and Taxidermia by Gyorgy Palfi are seriously twisted, and very enthralling. Like a car crash.

Foreign films generally have the boldness and confidence that Hollywood films lack, as they mainly rely on gore to shock, which doesn't personally do anything for me. I think I'm desensitised.

You can get 'Dumplings' on a great anthology called "Three Extremes" with some other..um...like-minded films :-)
