You have a tendency to overprove the condition of the deck, and also of the odd card at the end. The shuffle through at the start is convincing enough, theres really no need to further flash the back. Also, instead of placing the box out of the picture why not keep it in shot, another little reminder of the colour of the deck. Regarding the erdnase change, ie the percieved palm. I feel this ruse (the pretend palm I mean) is better suited to a vanish than a change - for instance I use the idea to vanish a queen which is face up on top of the deck (Apex Aces with queens). For a vanish it makes sense, the spectator could concievably think you had palmed the card. However in the context of a colour change, and in particular a full deck change as in your routine, theres no real reason for them to suspect a palm. In this case Id simply wave my hand over the deck for the change.
