Mini Spongeballs from Goshman?

Postby RaphaelVdb » May 2nd, '11, 19:54

Hi,

I've been performing the spongeballs for over 2 years now. I really like this effect.

My sponges have been worn out completely. So I would like to invest in a new set.

first of all. i would like to buy the Goshman ultra soft sponges, since they are the best quality.

but does goshman ultrasoft also proves minispongeballs? (1"?)

I'm not sure what size I'm working with now. I think they are either 1,5" or 2"

what's the best website to buy them from? I need a set of 4 regular sized red ultra soft goshman sponges and then at least 30 mini 1 inch spongeballs. (rather with the same feel and color as the standard ones)

They are selling so many different spongeballs on the net that I'm getting confused, I hope you guys can help me with this. thanks a lot.

good websites, but it seems I can't get the two items from each one of them. same as with any other website I visited. apparantly in top secret they don't have the little balls in red, but only in black...

as with the card collection, are those goshmans spongeballs? but they don't have mini spongeballs either..

Buy a couple of the regular sized ones, and five or six of the small ones (so you'll have enough spares to last a long while) and it will be post-free.

I'm sorry, are the standard spongeballs 2 inch or 1,5 inch? the ones most magicians use...?

by the way, that last website, are those goshman's?

There is no such thing as a standard size that most magicians use. If you wish to use the mini balls alongside the larger ones, go for the 2" sponges, for a greater size contrast. Even if you have really small hands, you should be able to use 2" supersoft sponge balls.

Is the "Magic by Gosh" packaging not a bit of a clue? :)

To be fair, some sites would sell you rubbish and try to con you by using a misleading photo, but I expect these are Goshman sponges, mainly because they sell pretty much the whole range.

You could always try e-mailing them, if you want to make absolutely sure.
