So... anyone on the new "Social Network That Will Rock The World"? I'm pretty lonely on it...

A lot of people have been saying that. I appreciate it's still in trial mode but I've heard more people saying "I have 2 friends" than "Wow, this is great!"

I think Google need to stop being so stingy with the invites.

Am I the only one who hopes that Google fall flat on their face over this? Like IBM when things went from mainframes to desktops they had the chance to get into social networking early on and chose not too. Now it's too little WAY too late. And having spent time with some of their egotrip "top guys" at the Googleplex HQ near Victoria Station a bit of serious fail would do them a world of good. (Although the Googleplex does have loads of cool stuff in it and some of the best unlimited free food and drink for staff and visitors that you'll find anywhere in the world).

I already have done that! :D At present I have... 0 friends but then I do cull my Facebook friends when I get too close to 100.

Actually, I've just checked. My wife isn't actually my friend. How depressing.
