Fake bicycle cards

Could it be that these are from a lesser ''sub'' factory ? The reason i ask is that all the decks ive had have been from the main factory in Cincinnati, Ohio, where as these seem to come from a factory in Erlanger :?

I've got packs of the gold bordered bikes. What seems to be the problem? They are fine, they just changed the box design thats all.

Jim, Ohio is the old factory. They are now based in Kentucky.

    Never mind bogus ... they just look plain horrible :/
    This happened to me with a deck of Bees once, all gold and shiny edged box border :/
