I like to present what I do as demonstrating fine line between illusion and reality - so sometimes it's an optical illusion, sometimes it's real, sometimes illusion becomes reality - or the other way around. I like what I present to be on the border line of being believable - I like to leave the people wondering whether what they saw was real or not - or get them to a point where I can tell them it's all an illusion and they won't believe me.
I think my main goal is to get people to realise that often the things in our lives that seem very limiting are often not as real as we think they are. I don't often verbalise this, but it's the criteria by which I evaluate whether I do something or not.
So I guess my 'special power' would be the ability to manipulate people's perception of reality - which, when you think about it, is really what every magician does.
