I know you can get them in the main brands but if everyone is using poker sized and say 'show us something' whilst handing you a deck then you're in a bit of trouble. It's easier to go from poker to bridge than it is the other way around.
It call all be overcome with practise one way or another.
In that situation why not do a few tricks that don't involve palming a card
