I REALLY REALLY don't want to be picky, but...
I think the 'About us' section looks a bit intimidating and is real hard to get through. It's such a huge chunk of text - maybe it'd be worth splitting it into paragraphs (with gaps between) so the page doesn't look too full on and heavy?
Aslo, there's references to the 'people' behind directmagic, i.e. it appears that a team is running it, which is cool because it gives the reader a sense that you're a succesful, professional business; BUT there are also sections referring to yourself as 'I' - which gives you away.
On the 'Services' page - 'favourite' is spelt incorrectly, without the 'u'
Finally on the picky side of things - I used to work with a guy who worked in marketing and advertising, and he would tell me that each page should use the same fonts. Through consistency you can create a real professional touch. "Use one style and stick to it" - he told me. It was really noticeable where bold was used on one page then the text reverted back to normal on the next.
I love the layout, the style, the picture on the front page is so very funky and modern - all the Q&As are there, you detail the shows well, explain that it's likely to be a custom show that the customer will need.
Honestly, I love it - I hope the above doesn't appear to be too negative. The site is great, and I, for one, am extremely jealous that you are out there and doing it. FOR REAL.
I'll grow the balls to do it myself, one day...
