Yours sounds different enough, and certainly interesting

Your effect sounds great. I'm looking forward to discussing your method.
iPredict Pro is a technology that allows you to have 75 voicemail outs as well as 75 text message replies with only ONE phone number.
Those outs can be activated with ONE motivated touch of the screen as you hand your phone to your spectator.
I have a few questions about the performance you mentioned above.
"The magician and the spectator create a group of random items (either physically or in a list)."
How many items can be on that list?
I haven't pushed it to its limit, so I'm not positive, but as far as I understand, the list can be unlimited.
"The spectator is asked to touch one of those items."
Is this a free choice or is there a force or equivoque?
Depending on which item they touch first, a force or equivoque may be needed. If the magician chooses all the initial items, the spectator's choice is a free one.
"The magician tells his/her phone number to the spectator and asks them to call it with their own phone."
Can the magician give out his number BEFORE the selection?
Yes, there is only one phone number and it can be given out before the selection. I choose not to do this because it makes the "move" easier if the spectator is unaware a phone is going to be used right until the moment it is used.
"The spectator turns on their speakerphone and, after the normal greeting, the item they chose is announced at the end of the greeting."
Does the magician hold the spectator's phone as the speakerphone plays back the greeting?
No, the spectator's phone never leaves the spectator's possession.
all the best,
Greg Rostami
