Fantastic work!
Again, I hate to be a spoil-sport, but I REALLY think you should contact USPC about these products.
I know it has been mentioned that merely purchasing the cards allows you to do whatever you want, but I think some people are misunderstanding US copyright/trademark law. You cannot alter or sell a trademarked product without the consent of the holder of the trademark.
Mandrake, I know you mentioned cards4magic doing the same thing. So, I went ahead and contacted them about selling my own gaff cards. They recommended that I should contact USPC regarding the use of their trademarks (they hold trademarks for the box design, back design, and the ace of spades). He also mentioned that USPC is VERY strict about their trademarks.
Also, the fact that the ace is actually considered a logo, it's also protected under copyright law, and any use by a company without permission is a violation.
Again, I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, I just think it's something you need to think about. In all likelihood nothing would come of this, but I thought you should bear it in mind if you plan to progress this business. My advice is to contact USPC and see how you obtain permission. It's possible that you don't even need to pay royalty or usage fees, you just need to inform them of what you're doing.
