Oh yes! Benefit gigs, the Anti Nowhere League, Crass! Time was you could strap on a guitar bought from your mum's catalogue over 26 weeks, shout "one, two, three, four!" and see what happened. Happy days...

For those who did not understand had had above, here is another example and (hopefully) an understandable explanation

Smith, where Jones had had "had had" had had
"had", "had had" had had the examiner's approval.

Explanation:

Smith and Jones were given six letters, AADDHH, and asked to form a verb using as many letters as possible.

Smith wrote HAD

Jones wrote HAD HAD

The examiner went for Jones.

poor people have it
rich people need it
and if you eat it, you'll die

Yes, 100%

If you want to know how to figure it out, then I will post it here for you. I didn't think you would be able to get it :D (Or, I would recommend for you to read the book!)

He's incredibly formulaic - once you've read one book, you can immediately tell what will happen throughout the course of the others.

Having said that, he still manages to tell an interesting story.

Well, yes - but that's true of a lot of thrillers.

I was just wondering why Larry seemed not to want people to read them?

I'd like to know, as well.

I'm still waiting for a good answer to "Why do people like Stephen King?"
