Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

I also say it's a test of memory and concentration. And throughout my performance, I have them look at their card 2 or three times: first at the start, then after the "superspeed" change part, then after the "slow motion" change part. After complimenting their good memory and concentration, I say I'm testing them now. So, words to the effect of: "Okay, just a simple yes or no is what I want from you -- WITHOUT LOOKING, do you think you can remember which card you have?"

I have not yet had anyone turn the cards over on me before I was ready. And besides, the way I set it up, my audience is not expecting the cards to change -- I have them thinking that they'll get the cards wrong.

hi
i know the versions using the top change and also the bottom change. i know another version where you have to secretly turn over half the deck and put it face to face with the other half beforehand. so instead of a top/bottom change, you just turn over the deck.

which of these 3 versions is the strongest?
