The riffle and waterfall shuffle is probably the basis of most card flourishes. Most magicians and all flourishers know it. Basically, after the shuffle, bend the cards together keeping them in place with your thumbs on top of the intersection, then gently release with your fingers.

(And evmeister... don't you dare comment on my thumb size again lol) If you're looking for an extremely nice one handed false cut, go for Kryptonite by Dan and Dave Buck on their System DVD. I can't do it but I would love to be able to and am practicing. My hands are too ****** small! The DVD also contains many extremely nice two handed multiple cuts. Another one handed cut shown on the DVD is the Revolution Erdnase, which is basically an Erdnase Shift but the packet revolves instead of just moving up.
