It's too broad a question to have a simple answer. It all depends on the situation and type of the person who wants to see your props. But one thing for sure, do not be hostile.
Some people forget that many sorts of reaction that are annoying to us (magicians) are absolutely natural from the spectators' point of view. They are simply curious and interested, it's normal. If you want them to always "behave" (i.e. not try to understand how you do your tricks, ask questions, ask to see the props, etc) then close-up magic is probably not for you. You have to accept that there'll be disturbances from your audience, handling these situations and preventing them is part of the skill of a close-up magician.
one more thing
there is always this annoying spectator that always asks you to do it again(but it needs set up and you can't) what do you do ?
It shouldn't be annoying. Once again, it is a normal reaction of your spectators. If anything, you should be grateful they show interest in what you do.
When asked to do a trick the second time, do not do it. As simple as that. Proceed with your next trick. If they insist, be firm but polite. Use whatever excuse that fits your act. A joke is usually the best way out.
and WHen a Spectator Knows the trick (like From a book or something) and tells Everybody while performing it ?
Here I totally agree with dat8962.
