1. What's wrong with dry skin? I'm sitting here wishing my skin was dry rather than oily. Dam pimples. :( I like it dry also. Just feels smooth without the moisture smooth sort of thing. At least for me.

2. At my magic club, about 30-40% are females. But other than that, yeh, I don't see a lot of magic shows with females in them. Usually they are the assistant. Maybe it's because it's like... for attracting audiences. Female assistants work a lot better than male ones because they just look attractive where as the male magician is 'cool'.

Even so, the assistants would know a thing or two about magic and I'm sure they could easily have their own shows.

Don't buy aftershave. Buy Eau de Toilet.

EDT contains much more fragrance, and is NOT designed to 'splash it all over'. Spray a bit on pulse points—below the ears, and your wrists.

Then, use a mattifying moisturiser. Dry skin leads to spots, ingrowing hairs and blemishes. Moisturise after shaving, and DO NOT put aftershave on your freshly shaved skin!

(Mrs Seige has recently done a beauty course!)

It's a common misconception that aftershave helps calm your skin after shaving. Not the case. Shaving removes dead skin, and essential moisture. To help the skin heal and re-moisturise, you should add moisturiser or shave balm.

And to get that 'chick-magnet' odour, apply EDT to pulse points, as I said.

You need less EDT too... it's fragrance lasts MUCH longer than aftershave, and by putting it away from your shaving zones, you'll have less irritation.

Putting EDT on your pulse points helps vapourise and distribute the smell. A little goes a long way, and the warmth from your pulse points will keep the fragrance more ambient rather than you having just a smelly neck!

Now you know why women rub perfume on their wrists!

And I have to smell sexy because my looks can't carry me lol

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Is it just the language or does that actually mean toilet? Like... a spray for toilets so it doesn't smell... Okay, maybe it's just me. :P

There's always one who doesn't listen when people tell them it's not real toilet water

I'm not sure who you were trying to attract with toilet water mate :D
Or was that to scare off the wife? lol

Hey... put something really bad smelling on your wallet and see if that makes her leave it alone :D

Yeah right! Mrs.M fears nothing and no-one - she makes Atilla the Hun look like Mother Theresa. And when she's in a bad mood she's even worse  .

Anyways, it's fascinating to see all this discussion of male perfumery, it's not that long ago that any guy who wanted to preserve his street cred wouldn't even comb his hair when his mates were watching - a swift trip to the Gent's was the only way attend to such matters!

It didn't start out as a discussion on male perfumery honest guv'nor.... I just hate dry skin after shaving.

It's kind of evolved fairly well though don't you think?

Mrs Mandrake makes Attila The Hun look like Mother Theresa eh?

Comfy couch mate? :D

Well, if you had the oily skin that I have, you'd be wishing for dry skin. :(

When I shave, I don't get dry skin, I get moist oily skin. Just without hair.

How much longer does puberty have to last for.
