you need to work on changing the hands before you open it because the careful hand placing looks a bit obvious, you should do the shaking with your left hand so there is no swapping needed.

By showing them the video first, you have taken away any surprise element.
Instead of being amazed by an empty can refilling, they know what is going to happen, so will just be watching for ways to catch you out.

Rem,ember, only a few tricks break the golden rule of " never repeat a magic effect"

If people ask me to repeat something, I tell them the following.

"The reason I don't repeat the same magic to somebody, is that I am also an entertainer. You were entertained the first time. You now know what is going to happen, so there is no entertainment value in it."

Useful when some bright spark says you won't show it again in case you get caught out.

You did make a mistake showing them the video first, but we all make mistakes.
Learn from it, then it turns out to be a useful mistake.

Another good one, especially to girls, that always gets a laugh is "Hey I'm a guy, you can't expect me to perform like that again for at least an hour!"

Btw Miniminidfreak there's a pm on the way.

The artist who does not rise, descends.
