What? Did someone mention balloons and close up magic in the same sentence? And it wasn't one of those voices in my head or a disgruntled client shouting at me? Brilliant!
Even more pleased to see you on board Ms Diva, may I take your coat and show you to your seat?

Well thank you for the warm reception Flash; I look forward to some great discussions with you.
And welcome to you too magicmonkey! Why don't you go along to WAM? It's a large club and there is a meeting on 6th June with a lecture from an american magician.

I suggest you call ahead. I don't know what the new committe are doing about new members - I don't even know who the new committee is! I was chairman until a year and a half ago and since then I've taken a back seat.
So call someone and let them know - although a lecture like the Losander one is usually open to non-member magicians anyway.
And I've heard from the Bath/Bristol club that the lecture was good.

I'm new to TalkMagic and I want to know how to fill in the profile. What is the difference between WP and CP? I mean I know what they stand for but what is the difference?
I noticed there was some chat about there being very few females on this board so thought I'd swell the numbers. javascript:emoticon(':D')
I don't know what else to say now.....
See you soon,
Hi Diva,
Great to have you on board.

Thank you wizard. I'm sure it will be fun. I really need to spend some time looking at all the postings - not just coming in when I get a message to say there's a post on this subject.
