Mark, have you received pictures for this from Photobox yet? do they do the same cropping?
I only ask as Photobox are powered by Boots photos!
*Edit* Looking at the Photobox website there is a 'Shrink To Fit' option which will apparently stop it removing the extra white space. I'm going to try ordering one with that set on.
